1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services available at bifrostcrypto.com and its subdomains ("Platform"), you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

BifrostCrypto is a crypto-to-crypto swap platform. Our service enables the direct conversion of one cryptoasset to another without any fiat currency intermediation.

The Platform operates exclusively with cryptoassets and does not, under any circumstances, process payments in fiat currencies.

3. Decentralized Nature

BifrostCrypto is not bound to any specific jurisdiction, as it does not process, accept, or issue fiat currencies. All services are conducted entirely in cryptoassets.

We do not request, collect, or verify personal identification documents. We do not perform KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures or identity verification.

4. Asset Custody

BifrostCrypto holds temporary custody of cryptoassets during the swap process. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • ᚦAssets remain under our custody during transaction processing
  • ᚦCustody is strictly temporary and limited to the time necessary to complete the swap
  • ᚦWe are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect destination addresses provided by the user

5. Fees and Limits

5.1 Transaction Fees

  • ᚦFees are calculated as a percentage of the transaction value
  • ᚦThe applicable fee is displayed before confirming each operation
  • ᚦNetwork fees (gas fees) may be charged or waived, as indicated in each transaction

5.2 Limits

  • ᚦThere is a minimum value for each transaction, which varies according to the selected cryptoasset
  • ᚦThe minimum value is displayed in the interface before initiating the operation
  • ᚦThere are no maximum transaction limits

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • ᚦProvide valid wallet addresses compatible with the destination cryptoasset
  • ᚦVerify all information before confirming a transaction
  • ᚦNot use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • ᚦAssume full responsibility for transactions made

7. Disclaimer

BifrostCrypto is not responsible for:

  • ᚦLoss of funds due to incorrect addresses provided by the user
  • ᚦPrice fluctuations during transaction processing
  • ᚦDelays caused by blockchain network congestion
  • ᚦLosses resulting from failures in underlying blockchain networks
  • ᚦInvestment decisions made by the user
  • ᚦUse of the service in violation of local laws applicable to the user

8. Risks

The user acknowledges that:

  • ᚦCryptoassets are highly volatile and may lose value rapidly
  • ᚦBlockchain transactions are irreversible after confirmation
  • ᚦThere is inherent risk in any operation involving cryptoassets
  • ᚦBifrostCrypto does not provide financial or investment advice

9. Service Availability

BifrostCrypto strives to keep the Platform continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may, at any time:

  • ᚦPerform scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • ᚦTemporarily suspend specific trading pairs
  • ᚦDiscontinue support for certain cryptoassets

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Responsible Use

BifrostCrypto is a neutral tool for exchanging cryptoassets. We expect users to utilize the Platform ethically and responsibly.

It is not our role to investigate or monitor the origin or destination of transacted funds. However, the Platform was not designed to facilitate illicit activities.

BifrostCrypto may, at its discretion, suspend or refuse transactions in exceptional situations that compromise the integrity or operation of the service.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, design, code, and text, is the property of BifrostCrypto and is protected by intellectual property laws.
