The Superchain
OP Stack becomes a standard: collaboration instead of competition
OP Stack ceases to be Helheim's internal secret. It becomes open source, documented, available to any builder who wishes to raise a second-layer realm without rebuilding everything from scratch. Not as a protected competitive advantage. As an architectural gift to the entire ecosystem that shares the goal of reducing cost and expanding access.
Zora and Base opened their mainnets in 2023; Mode and World Chain followed in 2024. They shared OP Stack tools but arrived at different times with their own configurations. At each opening, Hel recognized another wing of the architecture she had helped raise.
The Superchain vision emerges clearly: not a single dominant realm that absorbs all others, but a confederation of realms that share Midgard's security, share communication standards between chains, share Hel's central philosophy, continuity, accessibility, structure over speculation. An ecosystem of ecosystems.
It is how Hel administers the many halls of Eljudnir: each soul finds its space, its purpose, its continuity, without competing for the same antechamber of scarce resources. The realm does not grow by excluding what came before. It grows by extending what already exists. Each new chain on OP Stack is a new wing of Helheim, serving a community that previously had nowhere to belong.
Helheim ceases to be an isolated realm. It becomes shared architecture. That is structural maturity: when your greatest contribution is not what you built for yourself, but the standard you opened for others to build as well. When the legacy is not the chain, but the protocol of chains.
